Sobre o PPA

Plano Plurianual (PPA) é um instrumento de planejamento de médio prazo que orienta as ações do governo e a execução de políticas públicas, estabelecendo metas, diretrizes e prioridades do governo para um período de quatro anos. A vigência do PPA compreende o período do mandato do Chefe do Poder Executivo, mas não coincide com ele. Quando o Prefeito é eleito, ele elabora a proposta de PPA no primeiro ano do mandato e encaminha à Câmara de Vereadores para aprovação. O PPA aprovado só passa a ter vigência a partir do segundo ano de mandato do Chefe do Poder Executivo, até o primeiro ano do mandato subsequente.

PPA Participativo

O PPA Participativo é uma forma de construção do Plano Plurianual (PPA) em que a população participa diretamente da definição das prioridades para os próximos quatro anos do governo municipal.

No PPA Participativo, o governo convida a sociedade cidadãos, organizações, movimentos sociais, sindicatos a colaborar indicando necessidades, sugerindo projetos e ajudando a definir o que deve ser prioridade.

O objetivo é tornar o planejamento mais democrático, transparente e alinhado às reais necessidades da população.
